Rule 88
Exchange of newspapers
(1) Only the Corporation shall have the right to exchange Gorkhapatra with foreign or domestic newspapers.
(2) If it is felt that the newspaper of the Corporation is distributed free of charge to any foreign or domestic library or school or public institution, the Secretary shall have the right to give it free of charge or give a discount of up to 10% of the fee.
